  • Cookies and Tracking: We use first-party cookies to enhance user experience (e.g., session management, preferences). Third-party analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) may collect anonymized usage data.
  • Device and browser information (IP address, OS, browser type) for security monitoring and fraud prevention.
Third-Party Data:
  • Integration data from platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Oracle during migrations (processed only with your consent).

  • Provide AI-driven services (SQL optimization via Ai2SQL, code conversion via CodeConvert.ai, and migrations via Roboquery).
  • Improve algorithm accuracy through machine learning on anonymized datasets.

3. Data Storage & Security

Storage: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256) on secure cloud servers (AWS, Google Cloud).

Retention: User data is retained for 24 months post-account closure unless legally required otherwise.

  • Isolation of production, staging, and testing environments.

4. Third-Party Services

Subprocessors:
  • Ai2SQL (query optimization) and CodeConvert.ai (code translation) process inputs solely to fulfill service requests.

All third parties are contractually bound to GDPR/CCPA compliance and prohibited from unauthorized data use.

All notices under this Privacy Policy shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when received, if personally delivered; when receipt is electronically confirmed, if transmitted by facsimile or e-mail; the day after it is sent, if sent for next day delivery by recognized overnight delivery service; and upon receipt, if sent by certified or registered mail.
