This policy outlines the conditions under which users may cancel services or request refunds for our AI-powered database automation tools, including SQL optimization (Ai2SQL), code conversion (CodeConvert.ai), and database migration (Roboquery).
1. Eligibility for Cancellation & Refunds
Subscription-Based Services
Monthly/Annual Plans:
- Users may cancel subscriptions at any time via the account dashboard. Access to services continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Eligibility:
- Full refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if no more than 5 AI-driven actions (e.g., SQL optimizations, code conversions) have been used.
- For annual plans canceled after 7 days, refunds are prorated based on unused months minus a 15% administrative fee.
- Formula: Refund = (Annual fee ÷ 12) × Remaining months – 15% fee.
Proration Example: If an annual plan is canceled after 3 months, the refund would be calculated as follows:
- Annual fee: $1,200
- Unused months: 9
- Refund = ($1,200 ÷ 12) × 9 – 15% of $1,200
- Refund = $900 – $180 = $720
Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
One-Time Purchases
Optimization Credits or Single Migrations:
- Non-refundable once credits are consumed or migration processes are initiated.
- Partial refunds may be issued for unused credits if requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Unused Credits: If a user purchases a bundle of 10 optimization credits and uses only 2, they may request a refund for the remaining 8 credits within 24 hours.
Refund Calculation: The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of the credits, minus any applicable fees for processing.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are excluded from refund eligibility:
- API Usage: Charges for API calls (e.g., SQL query generation via Ai2SQL, code conversion via CodeConvert.ai) are final.
- Processed Outputs: Completed data migrations (Roboquery), optimized SQL queries, or converted code files.
- Bundled Services: Discounted multi-tool packages (e.g., Ai2SQL + Roboquery bundles).
- Customized Solutions: Tailored services or consulting provided by Accura8 experts.
- Training and Support: Fees for training sessions, workshops, or premium support services are non-refundable.
3. Refund Request Process
Submission:
Submit requests via support@accura8.com with:
- Order ID
- Date of purchase
- Detailed reason for cancellation/refund
- Proof of payment (if applicable)
- Any additional documentation required to verify eligibility
Process:
- Evaluation: Our team will respond within 3 business days to confirm eligibility.
- Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Notification: Users will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
- Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes, users may contact support@accura8.com to initiate a resolution process.
4. Exceptional Cases
Full refunds are granted for:
- System Failures: Extended service outages (>24 hours) caused by Accura8 infrastructure.
- Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions.
- Fraudulent Activity: Unauthorized use of payment methods (subject to investigation).
- Service Discontinuation: If Accura8 discontinues a service, users may be eligible for a pro-rata refund based on the unused portion of their subscription.
- Quality Issues: If Accura8 fails to meet its service level agreements (SLAs) due to internal errors, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
